!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! needs a new lower control arm, steering rack, and an alignment. $1,300, $1,700 if we get a new rim. Although, we will probably buy a new rim for around $150 and have the dealer install/balance it.

Seems somewhat reasonable to me. Most steering racks come with all the tie rods as one unit that you can't buy the stuff separately.
